1. Payment for Services

(a) Compensation

The total fee for your home staging includes installation of staging inventory and 60 days of furnishings rental.

The 60-day rental period starts on the initial staging day.

(b) Payment Schedule

Deposit (50%): A deposit equal to thirty percent (50%) of the total fee is due at the time you sign the Agreement.

Remaining Balance (50%): The balance is due within three (3) calendar days after the initial staging installation is completed.

(c) Late Payment

If payment is not received within three (3) calendar days after the initial staging installation, a late fee of three percent (3%) of the outstanding balance will be added every 30 days until the balance is paid in full (or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is lower).

(d) Cancellation Prior to Installation

If you cancel before the initial staging installation, Mia’s Home Staging will refund your Deposit in full.

You will not have any further payment obligations in this case.

(e) Early Termination After Initial Staging Installation (No Prorate)

No Prorate: Once the initial staging is complete, you are responsible for the full remaining balance of the Agreement, even if you decide to end your staging services before the 60-day rental period concludes.

(f) Extensions

You can extend your rental period in 30-day increments at thirty percent (30%) of the original total fee.

The extension fee must be paid in full before your extension begins.

If the extension is terminated early, there is no prorated refund.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We aim to make payments flexible and straightforward. Currently, we accept the following methods:

Credit Card / Debit Card

ACH (Automated Clearing House)

Check

Note: We do not accept escrow payments. However, we do offer credit/debit card payment options to provide additional financial flexibility.
