2. Staging Installation (Typically 1 Day)

After the walkthrough, we develop a comprehensive design plan and coordinate the necessary logistics.

On-Site Work

Installation day usually requires one full day for most properties. Our team delivers and arranges furniture, places décor items, and ensures every space is set up optimally for showings or listings.

Efficiency Matters

To maintain maximum efficiency, we highly recommend minimizing on-site traffic (e.g., realtors, other contractors, family members) during the staging installation. Fewer disruptions mean we can complete the setup more quickly and with meticulous attention to detail.

3. Furniture Removal (Around 3 Hours)

When Removal Happens

Once your property sells or your rental period ends, we schedule a day to pick up all staging items.
