1. Scheduling a Walkthrough

How to Book

Phone or Email: Call us or send an email to request a walkthrough date.

Online Scheduling: Visit our website and use the online booking tool to select your preferred date and time.

Once you’ve chosen your date, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your scheduled walkthrough.

This email will include any pre-visit instructions or requests, such as preparing the property or providing access information.

2. Scheduling Staging & De-Staging

After the walkthrough, our project manager will reach out to you via phone or email to set up a staging date.

We will also discuss de-staging arrangements in advance, so you’ll know the general timeline.

Coordination & Updates

Our team will confirm the details of staging/de-staging with you to ensure smooth logistics (e.g., access to the property, any special requests, etc.).

If you need to make changes to the scheduled dates, please contact your project manager directly as soon as possible.

3. Helpful Tips

Plan Ahead: Staging dates can fill up quickly, especially during peak real estate seasons. Booking early ensures you get your preferred dates.

Be Prepared: Before the staging date, make sure your property is clean and clear of personal items to allow our team to work efficiently.
